The University's governing policy is enacted by the Board of Curators and issued in the CR&R. To further
clarify administrative expectations related to the collected rules, UM manuals have been prepared over the
various administrative processes including the Business Policy Manual (BPM), HR Policy Manual, CRM and the
Purchasing Policy Manual (PPM). Campuses may chooseto develop and implement additional and/or more
restrictive campus specific policies and procedures
consistent with these policies.
